By the impugned order, the application for modification of condition while granting anticipatory has been rejected by the learned Magistrate. The applicant has placed on record documents which were not before the learned Magistrate. Therefore, it will be open for the applicant to file appropriate application before the learned Magistrate, and if such application is filed based on documents on which the applicant now wants to rely, the application shall be decided in accordance with law. 2.
