P.C.

1.

It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties that the petitioners are similarly situated, as the petitioners in Writ Petition No.2461 of 2022 and connected matters decided under judgment and order dated 20th June, 2022 at the Aurangabad Bench of this Court. In the said case, division bench at Aurangabad has passed following order :- "8.

We make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the claim of these petitioners and it is left to the Union of India and the State Government to take a decision, keeping in view that the petitioners are approaching the Courts for seeking relief after having worked for more than 10 years on contractual basis. We expect the Union of India and the State Government to collect such data, on or before 20/10/2022 and take a policy decision as they may deem fit and appropriate, on or before 31/03/2023."

2.

It submitted by Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel that the respondents now have started collecting the data. 3.

In view of that, the present writ petitions also stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. No costs. [SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.] [ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] BGP.
