1) By a reasoned order dated 1.11.2016 the applicant was granted interim relief.
2) It is the allegation against the applicant that he introduced the complainant Nazma Iqbal Malik with co accused Sarfaraz Kazi who represented her, as the owner of the premises and agreed to sell it to her and for the same he accepted consideration of Rs.9.00 lacs from the complainant. After perusing the first information report and the papers of investigation it clearly reveals that except introducing the coaccused Sarfaraz Kazi with the complainant, the applicant prima face has no role to play in the present crime. It is informed by the learned APP that
2 /2ABA-1940-16-8 there are no antecedents at the discredit of the applicant. 3) In view of the above the interim relief granted by an order dated 1.11.2016 is hereby confirmed. 4) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
