The learned counsel for the parties state that the Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Section 9B of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act is to be heard by the Appellate Authority i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles on 30/11/2016. In the above Petition an ad-interim order in terms of prayer clauses (c) and (d) of the above Petition i.e. the stay to the impugned order as well as not to take coercive steps pursuant to the impugned order, was granted. The said order is therefore continued up to 07/12/2016. It is expected that the Appellate Authority would decide the Appeal either on 30/11/2016 or in any event before 07/12/2016. With the aforesaid directions, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged before the Appellate Authority.
