My attention is invited to the order dated October 20, 2022 passed by this Court. Even the Vacation Court had on November 7, 2022, considering the request made by the applicant, placed the interim application on 09/11/2022. Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that the Family Court has now kept the matter on 06/12/2022.

50 ia 3675.22.doc Since the matter pertains to the medical condition of the child which aspect needs to be examined with some urgency, the Family Court is requested to decide the application dated September 20, 2022 as mentioned in paragraph 5 of the order dated October 20, 2022 within a period of two weeks from November 21, 2022. Parties to appear before the Family Court on November 21, 2022 along with copy of this order.

The interim application is disposed of.
