Mr. Marwadi, the learned counsel appearing for the first informant Smt. Dipika D. Shah submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have entered into consent terms. He tendered on record consent terms dated 18.12.2017. A photo copy of the said consent terms is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The original copy of the consent terms is returned to Mr. Marwadi as it is required to be produced in other proceedings.
