Heard Mr. Dewani the learned counsel for the Applicant. He invites my attention to the order dated 29.11.2016 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2030 of 2016 so as to canvass that main accused Rajesh Chandrashekhar Dube having repaid consideration as was agreed to part of which is already deposited with the Investigating Officer is ordered to be released in the event of arrest. He would then submit that the Applicant is better placed than the said Rajesh and would sought to rely upon the revocation of MOU entered into between the parties Perused the papers. Heard the learned APP.

2/2 7-ABA-1947-2016 The learned APP in the above referred factual background submits that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not required.

In view of the reasons stated in the order dated 29.11.2016 in the matter of Rajesh (Supra) and what has been observed hereinabove, it will be appropriate in my opinion to pass the following order:

(1) In view thereof, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail on P.R.Bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(2) The applicant to attend the Investigating Officer on 21st and 23rd December, 2016 between 10 a.m. to 12 noon and thereafter as and when called.

(3) The applicant not to tamper the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever.
