Heard Mr. R. P. Hake Patil, learned counsel for the appellant.

Mr. Hake Patil states that the sole appellant has expired on 19.6.2014. He has already prepared application for brining legal representatives of the sole appellant on record and has sent it for affirmation. However, he has not received affirmed copy of the application and, therefore, he could not file application.

As the sole appellant has expired on 19.6.2014 and the steps are not taken within the prescribed period of limitation, the Appeal is abated

2/2 SA/899/2012 automatically and is disposed of accordingly. Liberty is reserved to the appellant to take out appropriate proceedings.
