The parties have settled their matrimonial dispute amicably. The marriage between respondent No.1-Complainant and the petitioner No.1 has been dissolved by the Family Court, Mumbai on 27/2/2018. 2.

Consent Terms are filed by the parties. Additionally, Respondent No.1 has also given affidavit giving no objection. 3.

Amount of Rs.21 Lakhs to be paid to her is already deposited in the Family Court on 7/2/2019. She is entitled to withdraw it after the Criminal Case and the FIR are quashed and set aside. 4.

Copy of FIR is produced by parties today. It is taken on record as Exhibit "A".

In view of this development and joint request FIR-I-152/2013 dated 2/9/2013 and RCC No.36/2014 in the Court of JMFC, Kalyan are quashed and set aside. The petition is allowed. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
