By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.11.2019 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in MACP 2201 of 2014. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the compensation as per the impugned judgment and award has been deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Mumbai. In the light of the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award is stayed pending hearing and final disposal of the appeal. 3.
