Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that in view of the amended Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 an appeal would lie against the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file substantive appeal before the Division Bench of this Court. 1/2
