The Appeal has already been admitted.

The sentence of four years imposed by the Sessions Court in Sessions Case No 536 of 2012 upon the Applicants, shall remain suspended during the pendency of the appeal and the Applicants shall be released on bail on the same terms and conditions which were imposed by the trial Court, upon furnishing fresh bonds and sureties.

The Applicants shall attend the trial court once in a month.
