On 14/10/2019, the applicant is admitted to the interim protection in C.R.No.679 of 2019, invoking Section 354(D)(1)

(1) of the IPC. Taking over all view of the nature of accusations, the applicant was held entitled for the interim protection. The applicant was directed to attend the police station on the given dates and render his co-operation. 2.

Today, the learned APP states that there is compliance of the said order. In the wake of the said statement, order dated 14/10/2019 is made absolute.
