P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of delay of 159 days in filing Application for leave to file Appeal. The record indicates that the Respondent No.1 has refused to accept the notice issued by the Applicant. The Postal Department has put an endorsement to that effect. An affidavit of service dated 3rd April 2018, has been filed by the Applicant stating that the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been duly served personally and have acknowledged the notice. Despite service, none appears for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 17.a.(ii).
