The present application is directed against the order dated 31.10,.2015 passed by the Trial Court, thereby rejecting the ad interim relief prayed by the applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that at the earlier occasion the applicant has attended the police station and has cooperated with the Investigation Officer. The learned APP. submits that now the matter has been placed on 21.11.2015 for filing say of the prosecution. As the Trial Court is ceased with the main anticipatory bail application, I do not find it necessary to grant any relief to the applicant. However,

2/2 ABA-1691-15 the presence of the applicant can be secured by directing him to attend the Malad Police Station on 18th and 20th November 2015 between 10 to 11 a.m. to mark his presence.

2) As the Trial Court has fixed the matter for say of the prosecution, the Trial Court is hereby directed to make an endeavor to decide the application as early as possible on its own merits. In view of the above, present application is dismissed.

3) Parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this court.
