Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are the original claimants. They have filed the appeal for enhancement of compensation. There were some office objections. Learned Registrar (Judicial-II) had directed the appellants to remove the office objections within three weeks but the applicants did not remove the office objections within stipulated time as the applicants were under impression that the office objections were removed and 1/2 by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2022.12.22 14:16:59 +0530 SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM

I have heard learned counsel for the applicants. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicants and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the interim application is allowed. The order dated 20th September, 2022 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is quashed and set-aside. The interim application is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.

The First Appeal be restored to file.

The applicants to remove the office objections within two weeks from today.
