The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents submits that the proceedings are of the year 2014. Considering the Sections invoked in the matter, the minimum punishment would be Ten years and the maximum would be Twenty years. The trial has commenced. Four witnesses out of the Twelve have been examined. 2.
Considering the above as well as the fact that the proceedings have been instituted in 2014, the request made in this Application is rejected. Consequently, this application stands disposed of.
