It is pointed out by the petitioner that no decision has been taken on the representation made by the petitioner which is at Exh.D by the Chief Conservator of Forests cum Director of Sanjay Gandhi National Park.

In view of this grievance, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:

(I) We direct the petitioner to produce an authenticated copy of this order before the Chief Conservator of Forest cum Director of Sanjay Gandhi National Park within a period of two weeks from today along with an authenticated copy of this order. The petitioner shall also produce a photo copy of

wp11577 the representation dated 14th October 2014;

(II) We direct the said Officer to decide the representation dated 14th October 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from today;

(III) We make it clear that before deciding the representation, the said Officer will give an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as to M/s. Wescon Contractors and Builders Pvt.Ltd and will grant them an opportunity to produce relevant documents;

(IV) We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the merits of the controversy involved and all contentions are kept open to be decided by the said Officer;

(V) Writ Petition is disposed on above terms;

(VI) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order (A.K.MENON,J.) (A.S.OKA,J.)
