After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to prefer an appropriate Application for defreezing the Applicants' accounts before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If an Application seeking defreezing the Applicants' accounts is preferred by the
