Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Respondent husband is staying in Sweden. He submits that this court has already issued notice in the Contempt Petition on 19.07.2018 and directed the Registry to serve the Respondent. He submits that in addition to usual mode of service, the Petitioner may be permitted to serve the Respondent by private notice through Swedish Embassy/Consulate in India. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to serve Respondent with the paper and proceeding of the above mentioned Contempt Petition No.190/2018 through Swedish Embassy/ Consulate in India."
