Applicant's frst bail application was rejected on merit by this Court (Coram : T.V. Nalawade J.) on 31st August, 2017. 2.

Counsel would further submit that applicant, who is 20 year old, has been incarcerated since May, 2015 and yet the trial has not commenced.

The ofence registered against the applicant is under Sections 302, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 (1) (ii), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crimes Act (MCOC).

In view of the fact that the applicant has been incarcerated since 2015, learned Special Court is directed to commence trial preferably on or before 15th April, 2021.
