This is an application seeking temporary bail from 26.10.2017 to 04.11.2017. The applicant before the Court is an aspirant who intends to appear for the UPSC examination scheduled to be held between 28.10.2017 to 03.11.2017. The applicant has already cleared preliminary examination of UPSC. The applicant is arraigned as accused in C. R. No. 272 of 2017 registered with Vaduj Police Station, Satara on 04.08.2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 471, 477A, 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(1)(a)(d), 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. In relation to the said crime he was arrested on 09.08.2017. The application for grant of regular bail was rejected by the Court below. I have perused the FIR which alleges serious charges against the applicant and in discharge of his duty as Talathi, it appears that, he has misappropriated certain amount by causing loss to the State Government. However, it appears that the applicant is a person having 31 years age and aspires to progress further in life by appearing in UPSC examination and in fact he has cleared preliminary examination. He has approached this Court seeking his temporary release on bail for limited purpose by attending the said examination for which he has opted Delhi as center.

Learned APP on the basis of instructions states that the applicant may be released on temporary bail considering his career prospects. However he would be put to stringent conditions. 4.
In view of the aforesaid position and to subserve the interest, I pass the following order:
(i) The applicant be released on bail by furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/-. The applicant would be released forthwith since the examination is scheduled on 28.10.2017. While he is appearing for the examination in Delhi, he would report to Sansad Marg Police Station, Delhi every between 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. after his examination is over. He would surrender on 04.11.2017 by 5.00 p.m.
(ii) The APP to inform this order to the Jail Authority till the authenticated copy of this order is obtained. (iii) The application is disposed of accordingly.
