Considering the nature of offences, which are invoked in the subject CR, where the applicants are apprehending their arrest, with no injury certificate placed on record. 2.
The learned APP state that the Investigating Officer shall issue notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C to the applicants within a period of 3 days from today.
Let the Applicants respond to the notice and report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days. Upon their attendance, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., and record reasons Ashish Mhaske
