The challenge in this revision application is to an order dated 3 October 2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalyan in Sessions Case No. 83 of 2007 whereby the application of the applicant for discharge from prosecution came to be rejected. 3.

Having regard to the time lag, in the absence of any ad-interim relief, the revision application seems to have been rendered infructuous.

Hence, the revision application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
