This application is preferred by defendant no.1 Municipal Corporation for condonation of 85 days delay in filing Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 18.07.2014 passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion no. 956 of 2014 in L.C. Suit No. 907 of 2008.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 plaintiff makes a statement that they already withdrawn L.C. Suit No. 907 of 2008 on 13.01.2015.
