By this Civil Application, the applicant-insurance Company is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 20.4.2018 passed by the M.A.C.T. Naisk in M.A.C.P No.658 of 2012 holding that the Respondents/Claimants are entitled to a sum of Rs.16,57,800/- by way of compensation with 9% interest p.a.
