This petition challenges the order dated 11th May, 2012 passed by the Administrator and Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai. By the impugned order dated 11th May, 2012, the petitioner's appeal under the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 (Act), was dismissed.

Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction from the petitioner, Mr. J.S. Lohari who is present in Court, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an Uday S. Jagtap
8955-13-WP-18=.doc appeal under Section 35(1A) of the Act to the Grievance Redressal Committee. Mr. Patil, further request that an ad-interim stay in the form of status-quo is running in favour of the petitioner since 26th September, 2013. In the above view, he seeks continuation of the ad-interim stay of the impugned order dated 11th May, 2012 for a period of 2 weeks from today to enable him to file an appeal before the Grievance Redressal Committee.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, the ad-interim stay granted by order dated 26th September, 2013 to continue for a period of two weeks from today. (M.S. SANKLECHA, J.) Uday S. Jagtap
