The learned Advocate for the applicant/accused submits that he is not pressing prayer clause (b). He argued that considering the Order dated 13th September 2017, the applicant be released on provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- for a period of twelve weeks in order to enable him to arrange for surety.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the application.

(19)APPPNo.9742017 Perusal of Order dated 13th September 2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.491 of 2017 shows that the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- apart from furnishing one or two surety in the like amount. The applicant, who is behind bar is unable to arrange for surety and, therefore, the following order :

(i) The application is disposed of with a direction that for a period of twelve weeks, the applicant/accused be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and on furnishing cash security of Rs.25,000/-.
