Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The grievance in this contempt petition was of non compliance with the order dated 7th July 2017 passed by this Court. Today, the learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the order dated 1st December 2018 passed by the State Government in compliance with the order dated 7th July 2017.

Though belatedly, the State Government has complied with the order of this Court. Hence, no case is made out to initiate action under the

The petition is disposed of.
