By this Civil Appliction, the Applicant-Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and Award dated 23.4.2018 passed by the Member, MACT, at Nasik in MACP No.1145 of 2012 holding that the respondent/claimants are entitled to a sum of Rs.9,76,400/- by way of compensation with 9% interest per annum 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and after perusing the averments made in the Civil
