DATED : 10th MARCH 2023 P.C:- This is the third Bail Application moved by the applicant; the first two being rejected by him on 23/10/2020 and 25/10/2021, respectively.

The first Bail Application was withdrawn as the Court was not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Once again, second Bail Application was moved, which was rejected on the ground that there was no change in circumstance. The learned counsel Mr. Aniket Vagal appearing for the applicant would specifically concede to the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, except that his period of Tilak

2/2 10 BA 3341-22.doc incarceration is now on the rise and it is almost more than four years that he is incarcerated.

It is also informed that charge has been framed and since the applicant is a lady, with 2 young daughters, request is made to expedite trial.

I find sufficient justification in the request made by Mr.Vagal, since the C.R registered against the present applicant is of the year 2019 and the applicant came to be arrested on 21/6/2019.

Though the prosecution has cited 50 witnesses in the charge-sheet, it will definitely consider the time constrain and will not multiply the witnesses and minimize the examination of number of witnesses.

In these circumstances, the learned Sessions Judge, Pune, who is seized of Sessions Case No.907/2019, is directed to expedite the trial and preferably by fixing a calendar, shall chalk out the programme for conduct of the trial.

In any case, he shall conclude the proceedings in Sessions Case No. 907/2019 on or before 30/4/2024. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
