The learned counsel for the applicant in support of this contention relies on identity card issued by Election Commission of India, Exh.A of the Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as the applicant no.1a is senior citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, following order:

a) Hearing of Second Appeal no. 187 of 1996 is expedited in the list of Senior Citizen. b) Office is directed to place the matter for final hearing on weekly board in the list of Senior Citizen as per its turn.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
