Perused the directions contained in the order dated 13th January 2016. The direction in terms of clause (b) of the said order has been complied with though belatedly on 7th April 2017. As regards direction contained in clause(c), the learned counsel for the second respondent on instructions of Shri Karan Shinde, Estate Officer­2, CIDCO, Navi Mumbai states that the advertisement will be published within a period of four weeks from today and the intimation thereof shall be served to the petitioners as well as the fourth respondent as per clause (d) of the said order. After notice of publication of advertisement is given to the petitioners/applicants and the fourth respondent, clause (e) of the order will have to be complied with by the second respondent.
