Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the charge - sheet has been fled against the Applicant after Application for bail has been rejected by the lower Court. In view of this, it is submitted that the Applicant may be permitted to withdraw this Application with liberty to prefer fresh Application for bail before the appropriate Court.
