However, it is to be treated as review Petition in view of the judgment of this Court passed in Writ Petition (L) No. 228 of 2012 in the case of Vikas Baburao Sonawane vs. State of Maharashtra and Others. She submits that the order dated 1st October, 2012 be recalled. She submits that all the Respondents are served. She submits that the Appellants will file the paper book within one month.

In view of these submissions the order dated 1st October, 2012 is recalled. The Appeal is restored to its original file.

The value of the Appeal is below one Crore. Hence, the Registry is hereby directed to transfer this Appeal to the District Court, Pune on or before 8th January, 2016. The parties to appear before the District Court, Pune on 19th January, 2016.
