Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that they have stored condiments in the subject premises, but they do not engage in any illegal activity of manufacturing".

In the light of the statement made by the Corporation, the impugned notice dated 27/6/2016 no longer survives and shall not be operative and the respondents are directed not to act in pursuance of the impugned notice dated 27/6/2016. Writ petition is disposed of."

Para 5 be deleted and substituted as under:

Civil Application for amendment is allowed.

Motion for speaking to the minutes of order dated 17/1/2017 stands disposed of accordingly.
