The learned counsel for the appellant submits that Sangli Miraj & Kupwad Municipal Corporation issued layout plan on 4.4.2012.

In view of subsequent developments, he received instruction from his client to withdraw the present Second Appeal.

To that effect, he has given in writing on farad. Same is accepted.

Appellant is permitted to withdraw the present Second Appeal.
