The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 45 days in filing the Review Petition. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application and especially in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. T. D. Deshmukh appearing for the Respondent No.1 opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons, the Civil Application is allowed.
