By this Civil Application, the Applicant-Insurance company is seeking condonation of 62 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 18.4.2018 passed by the M.A.C.T.Nasik in M.A.C.P No.483 of 2012 holding that the respondents/original claimants are entitled to a sum of Rs.5,58,600/- by way of compensation at 9% p.a. interest.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and after perusing the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a
