This is an application for extension of time to complete the enquiry as directed by this Court vide its order dated 27/06/2016. By consent of the parties, following order is passed.

1) The time to complete the enquiry is extended by a further period of 8 weeks from today subject to the same conditions which have been incorporated in the order dated 27/06/2016.
2) Learned Counsel for the applicant in this Civil Application, on instructions, undertakes to pay to the respondent No.1 subsistence allowance of Rs.10,000/- per month with effect from 27/06/2016 with arrears within a period of 2 weeks from today and continue to pay till the completion of the enquiry.
3) Since there is a dispute as to at what rate the payment of subsistence allowance is to be made, the respondent No.1 may adopt appropriate remedy for getting the same decided.
4) The amount of Rs.10,000/- per month which is being paid to the respondents is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either of the parties and purely as and by way of interim arrangement based on the concession given by the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions.
5) Needless to mention that the subsistence allowance which has been already paid to the respondent No.1 may be 2/3
adjusted from the amount of arrears so payable. 6.
All the contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.

Civil Application is disposed of .
