This Application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed by order dated 12th September, 2018. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is prosecuting the Writ Petition since 2016, however, on 12th September, 2018, the learned counsel inadvertently could not attend the matter and hence, the matter was dismissed for default.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits to the order of the Court.

In view of the submissions, the order dated 12th September, 2018 is recalled. Writ Petition is restored to its original file along with the orders passed therein.

Criminal Application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly.
