The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being produced before the trial Court on the dates fixed in his case. 2.

In case the trial in which the petitioner is being tried is not yet concluded, we direct the prison authorities to produce the petitioner with escort before the trial Court on effective dates of hearing. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

In view of the disposal of the petition, nothing survives for further consideration in connected criminal applications. Both the criminal applications stand disposed of accordingly.
