This application is received through jail, wherein the applicant has stated that he was not informed the decisions given by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ulhasnagar in R.C.C. No.703 of 2005, as well as, by the Sessions Court in Criminal Appeal No. 135 of 2011.

It shows that, he is an accused in Crime No. 127 of 2012 registered with Kalamb Police Station under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code and under the MCOC Act. Besides, production warrant has been issued against him in Crime No. 62 of 2005, corresponding RCC No. 703 of 2005 from Badlapur Police Station. There is yet another Crime No. 129 of 2003 registered at Badlapur Police Station, corresponding R.C.C. No. 317 of 2004 pending against him before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan. 2.

In the given set of facts, the application is disposed off. Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the applicant who is presently lodged in Aurangabad Central Prison.
