This is an application received through jail from the aforesaid Applicant for expeditious hearing of S.C.No.191 of 2015 arising out of C.R.No.32 of 2015. The learned APP has placed on record a copy of the report.

The learned APP has submitted that the said Applicant is facing trial in S.C.No.191 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sessions Court No.35, Mumbai. The report reveals that the case is comparatively new. Since there are several other old cases pending
