By this petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 24th August,2014 passed by the learned Minister for Revenue, State of Maharashtra in Second RTS Revision Application No.4033 of 2013, common order dated 13th May, 2013 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in RTS Revision Application No.374 of 2011, common order dated 29th March,2011 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Pune in RTS Second Appeal No.317 of 2010, order dated 16th June, 2010 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Maval Sub-Division, Pune in RTS Appeal No.448 of 2009, common order dated 30th June, 2009 passed by the learned Circle Officer, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune in Complaint Application No.99 of 2008 and Complaint Application No.107 of 2008.

With the assistance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I have perused the impugned orders passed by the various authorities deciding the matter against the petitioner arising out of mutation entry. All the orders passed by the authorities are reasoned orders. I do not find any infirmity in the orders passed by the authorities. 3.

Various concurrent findings are rendered in the aforesaid orders against the petitioner. The petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. (R.D.DHANUKA, J.)
