Heard learned counsel appearing for applicants and perused the order dated 24th July 2017 passed by this Court (Coram:- A.K. Menon, J.) in criminal application no. 473 Of 2016. It appears that, by the said order this Court disposed of criminal application no. 473 OF 2016 observing that writ petition no. 3844 Of 2013 is already disposed of and therefore, the criminal application no. 473 Of 2016 would not survive.

In fact, the said application was filed praying therein to recall the order dated 1st April 2016 passed by this Court (Coram:- A.S. Gadkari, J.) in criminal application no. 465 Of 2016, which was filed for restoration of writ petition no. 3844 Of 2013.

In that view of the matter this criminal application no. 468 Of 2017 is partly allowed. Criminal application no. 473 OF 2016 is restored to its original file. This application stands disposed of accordingly. [S.S. SHINDE, J.]
