Heard the learned APP. The grievance contained in letter dated 25th August 2015 sent by prisoner is he was falsely implicated by Police personnel in crime. he has been convicted on 5th December 2013 in Sessions Case No.669 of 2011 for the offences under sections 376(2)(c), 377, 307, 304(2), 354, 420, 506 of Indian Penal Code. The grievance against findings can be made in Criminal Appeal under section 374(2) Cr.P.C.

2 wp-4403.15.docx Hence, keeping that remedy intact, we dispose of present proceedings. We direct the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Jail to give him necessary legal assistance as per law.
