P.C.:- The Petitioners herein have challenged the order dated 13th April, 2017 whereby the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 23rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai has issued process against the Petitioners under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The Petitioners have efficacious alternative remedy. In view of which the Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to file revision application as well as the application for condonation of delay, if necessary. 2.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
