This petition is listed for the directions on an application of the Respondent no.1, who states that the impugned order which was passed in Municipal Appeal No.54 of 2014 has since been withdrawn. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has produced a copy of the order dated 11th December, 2014 passed by the Additional Chief Judge of the Court of Small Causes at Bombay. Mr.Havnur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petition has now become infructuous and submits to the order of the Court.

In view of the fact that the Municipal Appeal in which the impugned order was passed stands withdrawn, the writ petition is disposed of. No orders as to the costs.
