At the outset, learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that the charge has been framed and the trial has commenced, inasmuch as, the first witness is in the witness box facing cross-examination. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application and seeks leave to withdraw the same. He, however, prays that the trial be expedited.
